Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), is a generative psychology developed from a theory which began in the early 1970's from studying and
modeling the insights and ideas of Fritz Perls, the originator of Gestalt therapy, Virginia Satir, a leading figure in the field of family therapy and the work of Milton Erickson, who is considered by many to be the father of modern hypnosis.
From this psychological model has grown a set of techniques and strategies used by psychotherapists and
counsellors to help their clients achieve emotional and behavioural change.
Berkhamsted Clinic of Hypnotherapy & Holistic Practices have been successfully combining the techniques and principles of NLP with other hypnotic techniques for many years. |
